| Q | Can cactus be dumped at the County landfills and if so what is the charge? |
| A | You can bring the cactus to the county landfill and pay for green waste disposal. The minimum charge for green waste disposal is $11.00 and additional fees will be charged $41.91 per ton for loads over 800 lbs. There are green waste processors throughout the county that charge lower fees than the county landfill. For a current list of green waste recyclers visit Earth911 or for other recycling related links try: http://www.rivcowm.org/recycling/recycling_resources.html or our Resource Links page. |
