NOTICE TO CITIES, HAULERS and GREENWASTE PROCESSORS Effective Wednesday, July 1, 2009 The landfill fee for Greenwaste used for Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) will be $10 per ton, as approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 29, 2008.	Effective August 13, 2009 the RCWMD Headquarters Facility on Frederick St. in Moreno Valley will be closed every Friday - Sunday, with Monday - Thursday hours 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
